Production Blog: At the finished line!

 Hey Bloggers, it's Laudjah! It's been hectic and fun all at once. Filming was fun, but now it's time it finish up the "hard" part. Which is editing. Even though I've been trying to push it off I can't anymore. It's time to get it done. I'm not the most tech savvy person. This fact shouldn't affect me though. Like I said perviously I'm using CapCut for editing and it hasn't been so bad. I got all the videos off of Maria phone and then starting looking through the ones on my phone. I had to go through and delete the bloopers so I wouldn't get it mixed up with the cut making it in. I then took all the clips and put it on CapCut. I put it on the app the wrong way and had to re-do it. No biggie though! I'm just glad CapCut isn't hard to use, or else I would've lost it. I just put it onto the app again and made sure to do it right this time. Although it hasn't been too hard of a project to do I have still been stressing over it. The editing isn't too bad, but it's just the class and all. I love the class though. It's giving me extra skills that I could in the future. My group mates have been wonderful during this whole project. Nobody has been just leeching off of others. Which is great! Anyway that's it for this blog. So close to being done! Hey Bloggers! I haven't done a production blog in so long, not since the last project. I cannot wait to write and post these upcoming blogs. Originally, my group and I were supposed to film at the end of January, but we had some minor setbacks. First, two of the group members got sick so we couldn't film any scenes. We found that it would be inconvenient to begin filming because our plan was that whoever is going to be in the scene that is being recorded will be the cameraman so, we chose to wait until everyone was ready to film. Editing Blog: Part 2

 Hey Blogger! In the previous blog, I stoped the editing at the photo montage. Now we continue. Not even going to hold you, I procrastinated wanting to edit. Then I remember this work isn't just for me, it's a group grade.That way of thinking gave me an extra push to finally continue. When I was actually going back and looking the footage was there, a lot needed cuts. There just a bunch of clips of us laughing and breaking character. It was so funny to go and look back on. Moving forward the editing became a group collective. Maria worked on the title sequence, since it was her amazing idea. I just added the scene of her pulling out the knife and walking then I cut it to the scene of her looking Alyssa. For this part I kept it simple since, that's what most movies do when it's a scene like that. Also, since there's a tilt and pan for those scenes, additionally things weren't really necessary.
